The Cottage District is officially complete, marking the realization of a nearly 15-year vision to transform publicly owned land into new opportunities for attainable homeownership in the Heart of Boynton.
Through a partnership between the Boynton Beach CRA and PulteGroup, the 4.6-acre site has been transformed into a vibrant new neighborhood featuring 19 single-family homes, 22 townhomes, new green space, sidewalks, modern street lighting, and 181 new trees.
More than a redevelopment project, the Cottage District represents lasting investment in the community, creating new pathways to homeownership while contributing to the continued revitalization of the Heart of Boynton district.
