On September 10, 2026, the BBCRA, City of Boynton Beach and Time Equities, Inc. celebrated the groundbreaking of Octavia at Town Square, marking a major milestone in the continued transformation of Downtown Boynton Beach. Mayor and BBCRA Board Chair Rebecca Shelton joined BBCRA Board Members, City officials, and City and CRA staff for the celebration, with remarks from Time Equities Inc. owner Francis Greenburger and Commissioners Aimee Kelley and Mack McCray.
Located at 120 SE 1st Avenue, Octavia will bring 465 residential units, approximately 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 224 metered public parking spaces to the heart of downtown. The project will also provide a $2.24 million workforce housing contribution, $500,000 for public art, and approximately 1,000 square feet of retail space reserved for a local business opportunity.
The project represents another significant step toward creating a more vibrant, connected and active Downtown Boynton Beach, building upon years of strategic public investment and redevelopment efforts.
