Another exciting chapter in the transformation of Downtown Boynton Beach is officially underway!
On October 6, 2026, the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (BBCRA), alongside project developers and community leaders, celebrated the groundbreaking of Ocean One, a highly anticipated mixed-use redevelopment project that will bring new residential, retail, and commercial opportunities to Downtown Boynton Beach.
Located at 115 N. Federal Highway, Ocean One represents another significant step forward in the continued revitalization of the downtown core, transforming the property into a vibrant destination where residents, businesses, and visitors can connect.
A New Vision for Downtown Boynton Beach
Developed through a partnership involving Hyperion Group, Winter Properties, WREP, and Silverstein Properties, Ocean One will introduce 371 residential units and approximately 25,500 square feet of retail space to the downtown area.
The mixed-use development is designed to contribute to a more active and connected downtown, bringing new residents within walking distance of local businesses, restaurants, entertainment, and nearby waterfront amenities.
With its combination of residential living and commercial space, Ocean One will help support the growth of the downtown business community, encourage additional private investment, and create new opportunities for economic activity along the Federal Highway corridor.
