The Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (BBCRA) is entering an exciting new chapter as we continue our work to foster investment, support local businesses, strengthen neighborhoods, and create a vibrant future for eastern Boynton Beach.

On August 11, 2026, the City of Boynton Beach and the BBCRA approved a Master Administrative Services Agreement, formally establishing City Management as the new executive leadership structure for the CRA. Under the new structure:

  • City Manager Dan Dugger will serve as Chief Executive Officer
  • Deputy City Manager Adam Temple, MBA, CFM, will serve as Executive Director
  • Amanda Radigan, AICP, LEED AP, will serve as Deputy Executive Director

This transition brings together the resources, expertise, and shared priorities of the City and BBCRA, creating new opportunities to advance redevelopment initiatives and continue building momentum throughout the special districts located within the BBCRA area.

Together, the new executive leadership team will work closely with BBCRA staff to build upon the agency’s progress while identifying new opportunities for investment, redevelopment, and economic growth.

Behind every BBCRA initiative is a dedicated team working to turn redevelopment goals into action. The BBCRA team includes:
