As part of the FY 2025-2026 Budget, the Boynton Beach CRA (BBCRA) Board invested in the continued enhancement of the district by funding four Code Enforcement Officers and two Beautification Technicians dedicated exclusively to the BBCRA area. Through an Interlocal Agreement with the City, these teams focus on proactively improving public spaces, engaging residents and businesses, and maintaining the appearance and quality of life throughout eastern Boynton Beach.

Each morning, Code Compliance Officers begin proactive sweeps throughout the BBCRA area, identifying issues such as oversized trucks, inoperable vehicles, illegal dumping, unauthorized auto repair work, and parking violations before the day gets underway. They also inspect business lighting and signage, work closely with the Neighborhood Officer Policing (NOP) Program, and provide outreach and educational resources that encourage long-term compliance and neighborhood pride.
Meanwhile, the Beautification Team works year-round to enhance publicly owned spaces throughout the BBCRA area, including roadway medians, park entrances, and major corridors. Recent efforts have included landscaping and irrigation improvements along North Federal Highway and Boynton Beach Boulevard, sidewalk and walkway repairs, playground maintenance, streetlight inspections, roadway striping, sinkhole repairs, and daily debris removal to keep the district clean and welcoming.
Together, these dedicated teams are helping create a cleaner, safer, and more attractive Boynton Beach. Their ongoing work reflects the BBCRA’s commitment to investing in the neighborhoods, businesses, and public spaces that make the district a great place to live, work, and visit.
