The Commercial Property Improvement Grant Program is designed to support both new and existing businesses within the BBCRA area by easing the costs of renovations and structural repairs. Whether you’re opening your doors for the first time or leveling up your current space, this program helps turn vision into reality.
Eligible businesses and property owners can receive a reimbursable matching grant covering 50% of eligible expenses, up to $50,000. Funding must be used for permanent improvements that stay with the building, including:
- Exterior and interior renovations
- Facade improvements like paint, windows, doors, and signage
- Landscaping and parking lot upgrades
- Design costs for architectural, electrical, mechanical, civil, and plumbing plans
Beyond improving individual businesses, the program plays a key role in revitalizing eastern Boynton Beach. It also helps activate vacant storefronts, attract new businesses, create jobs, and transform blighted properties into vibrant destinations. Each improvement brings us one step closer to a more dynamic, welcoming downtown core.
