Mark your calendars! Pulte Homes has announced that the lottery registration for the 19 single-family homes in the Cottage District will begin Monday, October 13th at 9:00 AM through Friday, October 17th at 5:00 PM.
To qualify for entry into the homebuyer lottery, applicants must have:
- A valid Workforce Housing Certificate from Palm Beach County
- A pre-approval letter from a lender
- Proof of cash down payment
Home sales are expected to begin in October 2025.
