On December 9, 2022, the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (BBCRA), in partnership with the City of Delray Beach, Town of Hypoluxo, and Town of Lantana, hosted the 50th Annual Holiday Boat Parade. The event, which featured more than 40 festively decorated vessels, lit up the Intracoastal waterways throughout Lantana, Hypoluxo, Boynton Beach, and Delray Beach.

A panel of five judges rated the boats in four categories, which included: Lights, colors, theme, and best overall. City of Boynton Beach Mayor Ty Penserga, Delray Beach Assistant City Manager Jeff Oris, Town of Lantana Vice Mayor Pro Tem Lynn Moorhouse, and Tracy Ritayik, from the Town of Hypoluxo participated as judges for the event.
