On Friday, December 19, 2025, the Boynton Beach CRA proudly celebrated a major milestone with the Top Out Ceremony for The Villages, a traditional celebration in construction that marks an important moment when the building reaches its highest point in construction! This special event recognized the incredible teamwork and dedication of the contractors and trade workers who are bringing this transformative project to life.

Located at 405 East Ocean Avenue, The Villages is a vibrant, mixed-use development taking shape on approximately 3.37 acres and owned by Edgewater Capital. Once complete, the project will feature 336 modern rental apartments, 668 parking spaces, and 8,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, creating a lively hub for living, dining, and gathering.

But that’s not all! The Villages will also include two inviting plazas and a linear park along the railroad right-of-way, providing a pedestrian-friendly connection between Boynton Beach Boulevard and Ocean Avenue—making it easier and more enjoyable to explore the area.

While the building isn’t finished yet, the topping out signals that the project is moving from structural construction into the next phases such as interior work and finishing details. Construction officially began in May 2025, and the project has an anticipated completion of May 2027. The Top Out Ceremony marked an important step forward and celebrated the hard work that’s making this exciting vision a reality. Stay tuned for future updates about The Villages.
