Big dreams are breaking ground in the Cottage District! The Cottage District is celebrating a major milestone as construction continues with the first five homes nearing completion in its highly anticipated workforce housing project. These initial units will serve as model homes for prospective buyers, marking the start of a 41-unit development dedicated to workforce housing. Of the 41 units, there are 19 single-family homes and 22 townhomes.
All buyers must be qualified through Palm Beach County’s Workforce Housing Program earning between 60% and 140% of the County’s Area Median Income (AMI). This initiative reflects our continued commitment to supporting a thriving, inclusive community where residents can live and grow.
