The Butcher and The Bar’s butcher shop is a whole animal butchery featuring regionally sourced clean meats and food. Their passion is unparalleled for locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients and “clean” foods. Their selections include premium cuts of meats and poultry, including their now famous all beef hot dog. In addition, they feature many varieties of sausages, bone broths, side dishes, and ready-to-cook products. The butcher shop features a limited menu of custom crafted sandwiches available for dine-in or take-out. In the evenings, they offer Butcher Bites & Bar Snacks; small plates that showcases product from their butcher’s kitchen.

The Butcher & The Bar is a 100% scratch kitchen, which means they never use products that are processed or loaded with salt and chemical preservatives. They dry age, cure, and smoke their meats and make all of their toppings and condiments, including ketchup, mayo, and sauerkraut in-house! This process enables them to provide their guests with a unique and high quality dining experience on a daily basis.
