Whole Milk Mozzorella Cheese
Fresh Basil
Pecotino Romano Cheese
Steps:
Preheat oven to 500
Stretch pizza dough
Spread tomato sauce on the dough
Add fresh basil, pecorino cheese, and fresh mozorella, leaving about 1 inch at the edge of the dough
Bake at 500 for 5-8 minutes
