The Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) assisted in the historic preservation of the Ruth Jones Cottage (480 East Ocean Avenue.) The CRA’s work included site development, building relocation, reconstruction, along with interior renovation which totaled over $500,000. In 2018, the Boynton Beach CRA awarded a Commercial Construction Project Incentive Reimbursement Grant to 480 East Ocean Avenue for $75,493.30 for further interior restaurant improvements.
